TERMS OF SERVICE OptCure (Operated by Superstrings Private Limited) Last Updated: 10 May 2026 1. DEFINITIONS In these Terms: 1.1 "Company" means Superstrings Private Limited, including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns. 1.2 "Platform" means the OptCure mobile application, website, and all related services. 1.3 "User" means any individual accessing or using the Platform to book or avail services. 1.4 "Service Provider" means independent healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, nurses, or other listed professionals. 1.5 "Services" means healthcare-related services provided independently by Service Providers. 1.6 "Booking" means a confirmed request for Services through the Platform. 1.7 "Content" means all text, data, information, reviews, and materials available on the Platform. 2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 2.1 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2.2 If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. 2.3 Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates. 3. NATURE OF PLATFORM 3.1 The Platform is a technology intermediary that facilitates connections between Users and independent Service Providers. 3.2 The Company: - Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment - Does not employ Service Providers - Does not control clinical decisions 3.3 The Company's role is limited to: - Listing Providers - Facilitating bookings - Enabling communication 4. INTERMEDIARY STATUS 4.1 The Company qualifies as an intermediary under applicable Indian laws. 4.2 The Company is not liable for: - Third-party services - User-generated content - Provider conduct 4.3 The Company exercises due diligence but does not guarantee service quality. 5. ELIGIBILITY 5.1 Users must be at least 18 years old. 5.2 By using the Platform, you represent that: - You have legal capacity - Information provided is accurate 6. USER OBLIGATIONS You agree to: 6.1 Provide accurate and complete information 6.2 Use the Platform lawfully 6.3 Not engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment 6.4 Not misuse booking systems 7. BOOKINGS AND SERVICES 7.1 Users may select and book Service Providers. 7.2 All Services are provided directly by Service Providers, not the Company. 7.3 The Company does not guarantee: - Availability - Suitability - Outcomes 8. NO MEDICAL ADVICE 8.1 The Platform does not provide medical advice. 8.2 All Content is for informational purposes only. 8.3 In case of emergency, Users must contact hospitals or emergency services. 9. SERVICE PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP 9.1 Service Providers are independent contractors. 9.2 The Company: - Does not supervise treatment - Does not control professional decisions 9.3 Users acknowledge that responsibility lies solely with the Provider. 10. VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER 10.1 The Company may verify documents submitted by Providers. 10.2 However, the Company does not guarantee: - Authenticity - Accuracy - Validity 10.3 Users are encouraged to exercise independent judgment. 11. PAYMENTS 11.1 Payments may be made via Platform or directly. 11.2 The Company may charge platform fees. 11.3 Payment processing may involve third-party providers. 12. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 12.1 Governed by separate Refund Policy. 12.2 Users agree to those terms at booking. 13. RATINGS AND REVIEWS 13.1 Users may submit reviews. 13.2 Reviews must: - Be truthful - Not be defamatory 13.3 The Company may remove inappropriate content. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law: The Company shall not be liable for: - Medical negligence - Injury or damages - Loss arising from Services 14.2 Liability is capped at the amount paid for the Booking. 15. NO WARRANTIES 16.1 The Platform is provided "as is". 16.2 The Company disclaims all warranties including: - Service quality - Accuracy - Reliability 17. FORCE MAJEURE The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by: - Natural disasters - Government actions - Network failures 18. DATA PRIVACY 18.1 Use of the Platform is subject to Privacy Policy. 18.2 Data is processed in accordance with: - Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 19. TERMINATION 19.1 The Company may suspend or terminate access if: - Terms are violated - Fraud or misuse is suspected 20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 20.1 Parties shall attempt amicable resolution. 20.2 Failing which: - Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration - Seat: Bangalore - Law: India 21. SEVERABILITY If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions shall remain enforceable. 22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and Company. 23. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bangalore shall have jurisdiction. 24.
